Where are you in
your life journey?
In a world saturated with distractions, noise, and relentless busyness, many find themselves drifting—successful by external standards, yet empty within. The truth is, meaning doesn’t emerge by accident; it must be cultivated with intention, clarity, and courage. A meaningful life is not the result of wishful thinking or passive routines—it’s the product of a deliberate, values-driven plan.
Plan with Purpose. Live with Meaning.
Your Life Compass is more than a planner. It's a compass for your soul.
Designed to help you identify your values, set meaningful goals, and make choices that reflect what matters most to you, it offers a practical way to build a life with purpose.
It's not about planning every moment of your future. It's about creating a direction for your life — one you'll be proud to look back on.
Welcome to the beginning of your intentional journey. Let’s build a life that matters.
The Question That Changed My Life
In my late twenties, I began asking myself some important questions about the life I wanted to live. One book that profoundly influenced me was Viktor Frankl's, Man's Search for Meaning.
From that experience came a question that would guide my decisions for decades:
"If I were 80 years old and looking back on my life, what would I want to see?"
That simple question helped me decide what mattered most, which opportunities to pursue, and what kind of person I wanted to become.
Now, at 86, I can look back with very few regrets. I'm grateful for the meaningful life I've lived.
And that's what I want for you.
You don't have to wait until you're older to think about what matters. You can begin today, making thoughtful choices that will help you create a future you'll be proud of.
Don't just plan your to-do list. Plan your life—from the inside out.
What Do People Wish They Had Done Differently?
What choices can you make today to avoid having similar regrets tomorrow?
Looking back on their lives, some older adults wish they they had:
Spent more time nurturing relationships with family and friends.
Pursued their passions rather than living according to others’ expectations.
Taken more chances and worried less about failure
Continued learning and exploring new opportunities
Found a healthier balance between work and personal life.
Been kinder to themselves and learned from their mistakes.
That's one reason I created Your Life Compass — to help you think about what matters most while you still have time to shape your future.
What's Inside Your Life Compass?
Help with declaring your values.
How to establish realistic goals.
How to learn from others…what you like, what you don’t like, and how that relates to your values and goals.
What is self-talk, and how can that help you reach your goals?
What is a brain dump, and why is it important?
And, more…
Benefits of Living a Meaningful Life
Living a life guided by my values has given me the courage to “not always follow the crowd,” even if it means risking ostracism or being made fun of!
Learning from others… whether you agree or not… can be inspiring and very helpful.
Turn your dreams and desires into reality.
Perhaps one of the biggest benefits for me comes from my high school English teacher: “You can never give your children more than what you have!” I have thought of this statement many times over the years. And, it is true!
Minimize regrets when older.
